Zwaag Metaal gives much attention to the logistical process to ensure that the ordered products can be delivered  'just in time', according to your specification and from excellent quality. To guarantee this the logistical process is built up in a number of very important steps.

1. Raw materials: Zwaag Metaal has raw materials on stock with a delivery period longer than one or two days. We almost have all dimensions brass on stock, round, square, six side etc up to 60 mm intersection.  We also keep customer-specific dimensions on stock. That is why can be guaranteed fast delivery times.

2. Production: The heart of production is formed by 11 lathe automats, of which 3 CNC driven. At this number of production machines we are able to make an exellent quality product and deliver the products on time.

3. Quality control: Zwaag Metaal has a quality control department which follows production carefully. Because of this Zwaag Metaal can guarantee a high quality of the provided products.

4. Cleaning: After the production all products have to be cleaned. During this process the products are stripped of chips and other pollution, so that you can assemble the products easily and with no leakages.

5. Counting and packing. The cleaned products are packed according to customer wish. This concerns both the number by packing, such as display packing, small pockets, boxes etc. On wish of the customer we can pre fit the products so that the assembly time is restricted up to minimum.

6. Stock of end products: Zwaag Metaal keeps the products on stock for its customers to be able to deliver 'just in time'. To the products from our catalogue applies that these from stock can be provided.
